Join us as we celebrate La Juiceria Superfoods 10th Anniversary at Journey Indoor Cycling Studio.

Venue: Journey Indoor Cycling Studio, Plaza Zurich Bukit Damansara 

Class: Embark Spinning Class by Isabel Fu (beginner friendly)

Upon signing up the spinning session, the participants agreed to the Terms & Conditions below: 

1) Booked slots are not refundable. However, you may send representative to attend on behalf. 

2) In case of personal reason and not able to attend, participants are still eligible to claim the goodie bag after the event (kindly reach out to info@lajuiceria.com) 

3) In further consideration of being permitted to participate in this indoor cycle class, workshops or events, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against La Juiceria Superfoods & Journey Cycle for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.

4) In consideration of being permitted to participate in this indoor cycle classes, workshops or events, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.

5) I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the indoor cycle classes, workshops or events. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and that I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the indoor cycle classes, workshops or events.

6) I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
